Cadillac Culinary Challenge Test Drive | Lenox Mall
Cadillac hosted The Cadillac Culinary Challenge Test Drive at Lenox Mall, Buckhead Atlanta on Sunday November 6th, 2011. There was an energetic culinary demonstration between Chef Marcus Samuelsson from Red Rooster Restaurant in Harlem, NY and Chef Kenneth Bills from Fleming’s Restaurant. Chef Samuelsson prepared a bar-b-que braised short ribs with spicy carrots and collard greens while Chef Bills from Fleming’s prepared a very moist and delicious pecan turtle pie.
Hands down, Chef Bills won for the most awesome turtle pecan pie I ever tasted while Chef Samuelsson maintained his stature by commanding the popular vote; it was his charisma as well as the food that had the crowd swooned.
